Interlude - A simple classic

Sometimes you just have to go with the tried and true rather than feel pressured to always invent a new recipe. Some classics never get old.


Seared fliet mignon, roasted potates (thinly sliced and roasted at a high temp with a brush-over of butter and olive oil), mushrooms and onions sauteed with bacon, and mixed greens (not shown).

That's all it takes. Pure and simple happiness. It may not look pretty, but it doesn't have to.
