I find THOSE are the best and much more chocolatey than ones made with melted chocolate. Of course, I also love adding chocolate chipe, so I have the best of both worlds.

I've taken to baking brownies sometimes in a bigger pan than the recipe calls for. You get more brownies. :-) Plus it can make a cakey brownie more chewy, if that's what you're after, so I bake a 8 by 8 inch recipe in a 9 by 13 pan.Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02284023935180677683noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2542361835947520230.post-4956106356352046532011-07-11T12:16:50.458-04:002011-07-11T12:16:50.458-04:00Have you ever tried spelt flour?Have you ever tried spelt flour? The Blonde Duckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00085499120024055465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2542361835947520230.post-59107745108530458852011-07-11T01:39:47.146-04:002011-07-11T01:39:47.146-04:00Coconut flour is petty awesome, but it's defin...Coconut flour is petty awesome, but it's definitely tricky for new users. We had the dry texture issue with that pie crust we made. Yikes! It's trial and error or follow someone else's guidelines perhaps. You did find good use for them in the brownies though! The Duo Disheshttp://duodishes.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2542361835947520230.post-51645574239089567702011-07-10T19:16:04.609-04:002011-07-10T19:16:04.609-04:00Coconut flour is definitely a good substitite!!!!!...Coconut flour is definitely a good substitite!!!!!
